Some people change their eye color with color contacts, but now some doctors are saying that they have found a way to permanently turn brown eyes blue. Dr. Elmer Tu has reportedly developed a procedure that uses lasers to permanently turn brown eyes blue. A special laser destroys the brown pigment in the iris, and this stimulates the color change to happen over the following weeks. It is thought to be safe but is irreversible. If the procedure receives FDA approval in the next three years (as planned) you could soon pay $5,000 for blue eyes.
